The Internship
During my internship, I served as a programmer for Huey’s upcoming game, Mechinus. I quickly adapted to the ongoing project, gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of game development. My responsibilities included implementing sound and animation logic, expanding player movement mechanics, and tracking down and fixing bugs. I had the opportunity to work closely with a diverse team of different roles, including a senior programmer who provided guidance and mentorship. This invaluable experience allowed me to learn from seasoned professionals and thoroughly enjoy my time at the studio.
